If you need help styling something but can’t quite get right or simply want to hand it off, we have an in-house professional services team of designers and copywriters on the ready to help with custom design and copywriting projects.

Their experience is fully personalized based on the rules you define: location, department, employment type, and more. They can view assigned documents and policies, and digitally acknowledge or sign them.
Yes. You can have approval flows for documents before they go live, whether that’s internal approvals, client-side reviews, or a combo.

Clients can easily preview, comment, and approve directly. Once approved, you (or they) can publish and send out notifications to employees with one click. And of course, it’s all version controlled with complete audit logs.

Most partners are up and running within a few days, but full migration typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how many clients, documents, and moving parts you’ve got. We help you prioritize what to bring over, set up each client’s access rules, and organize your workspace so everything feels organized, scalable, and ready for growth. It’s a white-glove, full implementation, and we’re with you every step of the way.
In most cases yes, in some cases, no. CoLaunch is plug-and-play for the most parts, with absolutely no dev time or engineering backlog required.

However, there are several cases where we may need to involve your IT team:

  • Some clients come with SSO or HRIS integrations already, others don’t. Some HRIS Integrations are plug-and-play, some require additional permissioning from the HRIS. Either way, we’ll help configure each one based on what they need (and what they have).

  • Custom domains, for example if you want your client’s employee portal to be books.yourcompany.com then you will need a few minutes of your IT team’s time to set that up through the settings area.

And if you want their employee portal to be books.clientcompany.com, then you will need each client or their IT team to spend a few minutes to set it up through each client’s respective settings area.
Yes, and we’ll walk you through the whole thing. Migration usually takes 1 to 3 weeks and includes:

  • Reviewing what to migrate and from where (platforms, folders, etc.)

  • Setting up user accounts and permissions per client, sending out welcome emails to each client

  • Keeping all the documents web and mobile ready

  • Organizing documents so everything is clean and brand-ready

For medium or larger sized orgs, we set up rule-based access by state, department, or roles, so employees only see what applies to them. It’s one of the reasons people switch to us in the first place, we support all sorts of complex permissioning and grouping rules.
Absolutely. Our in-house design and copy team can give your policies a visual refresh and tone check. And if you’re worried about outdated legal language, our HR Legal team can review and recommend updates, ensuring every doc is compliant, looks good, and reads clearly.

We only offer an annual pricing for our CoLaunch service. If you need month-to-month flexibility, especially if you’re still testing the waters or just getting started, we recommend the AirMason platform for individual clients.
If you need to pause or cancel your plan, we’ll make sure you and your clients have access to export all their content. There’s no fine print designed to trap you. We only want you to stay if you love AirMason, not because it’s hard to leave.
Some support is included, for example if you had a specific question around a policy update that came out. But in-depth design, policy audits, and custom legal reviews are scoped and billed separately based on the project. We’ll always let you know what’s included and what’s extra before work begins.
