It does, and only when it should. AirAssist can use past context to give smarter, more consistent answers while still respecting permissions and privacy. That means if someone asks about parental leave during a session, it will not repeat the basics again. It will pick up right where they left off. However, if they close their browser and come back, AirAssist won’t presume to remember their conversation for their own privacy sake. This can all be customized of course.

Every answer is tracked in the audit trail, so you always know what was said and can edit or adjust if needed.
